COMPANY HISTORY

Viper Doors CC started as a “back door” operation in 2004, the owner Michael Matthee’s matric year. Michael made a decision to not go on his matric holiday, he would rather spend his time on a contract job and to this day he has never looked back. This was the beginning of Viper Doors CC, with the money generated from this contract, he purchased his  first “cold press” machine, that is still operates in the Viper Doors factory today.

Viper Doors CC started in Michaels parent’s back yard. Within the first year Viper Doors CC grew to such an extent that it could move into its own building. Viper Doors CC quickly out-grew this small space and had to move, once again. With quality work and the long term relationships with it’s customers, Viper Doors CC now owns its own factory today.  As sole owner, Michael’s success can be accredited to hard work, informed decision making, attention to detail and good management decisions. This made Viper Doors CC the business it is today in Olifantsfontein.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All prices are exclusive of VAT
  2. Prices are subject to chage without prior notice
  3. Surface colours, patterns and profiles may be added or discontinued without prior notice
  4. We do not take responsibility for foil colour variations
  5. All orders must be faxed, emailed or handed at our offices at Viper Doors CC via the order form. No quotations will be done without a Viper Doors CC order form.
  6. Lead time on quotations is within 24 hours
  7. The responsibility is on the customer to ensure we have received the order/quotation
  8. No order will be given to the factory without a deposit having been paid and signed
  9. Production will commence when a proof of payment is emailed or faxed to Viper Doors CC
  10. Please use your quote number as your reference
  11. Lead time will begin the day after the deposit has been received
  12. All orders must have a customer reference or order number
  13. Majority of duplications are caused due to the fact that there is no client reference number or order number on the order form
  14. Please make sure all information is filled in correctly on the order form.
  15. Your order can take up to 5-10 working days from date of order, subject to the factory workload and availability of stock from our suppliers or otherwise stipulated on the price list
  16. All orders and quotation changes must be done via email or fax
  17. NO changes to orders can be made after placing your order
  18. Once the order is in production no changes will be allowed
  19. All changes to orders have to be done in writing and clearly stipulated
  20. Replacement orders or defect orders must be given back to Viper Doors CC so that our workshop manager can investigate the problem
  21. No replacement order or defect order will be allowed once order has been drilled for holes for handles, etc.
  22. The default or faulty product must be returned within 5 working days in order to be replacement
  23. All materials are cost per square meter or otherwise stipulated on the price list
  24. All prices provided will be manufactured according to sizes received. No responsibility will be taken for the wrong measurement
  25. 50% deposit required on placement of order, balance to be paid on or before delivery/collection
  26. If the deposit has been paid and customer wants to cancel the order within 12 working hours, handling fee of 15% will be deducted off the deposit
  27. A storage fee will be charged for late collections
  28. Once goods are signed for Viper Doors CC can not be held resposible for missing pieces.
  29. Viper Doors CC will not take responsibility for potting (left & right profile doors)
  30. All shaker profile quotes and orders must be sent with the correct shaker profile picture attached. Order and quotes will not be processed without the pictures attached.
