All orders must be submitted via email, WhatsApp (073 472 9231), or handed in at our office.
No quotations will be issued without a completed Viper Doors order form.
Quotation lead time is 24 hours.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we receive their order or quotation request.
Orders will not proceed to production without proof of deposit payment (excluding account clients).
Production will only commence once proof of payment is received via email.
Use your quote number as payment reference.
The lead time starts the day after the deposit is received.
All orders must include a customer reference or order number.
Duplicates often occur due to missing reference numbers.
Ensure all required fields on the order form are completed.
A 50% deposit is required upon placing an order; the balance is due on collection or before delivery.
If a client cancels an order after deposit payment, it must be done within 12 hours, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Standard lead time is 5–7 working days, depending on factory workload and material availability.
No changes will be made once the order is in production.
All orders, quotations, and changes must be in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
No verbal changes or approvals will be accepted.
Defect or replacement requests must be returned for inspection by the workshop manager.
No replacements will be accepted if the product has been drilled or modified.
Faulty items must be reported and returned within 48 hours of receipt.
No refunds will be issued on any stock ordered.
All materials are charged per square meter or as otherwise specified on the pricelist.
All items will be manufactured exactly as per sizes provided. Viper Doors is not responsible for incorrect measurements.
It is the responsibility of the installer to indicate grain direction and confirm colour details.
Potting (left/right potholes) must be clearly marked — Viper Doors will not be held responsible for incorrect potting.
Shaker, Quaker, Square Edge, and similar profiles will not be produced without written or visual confirmation.
Viper Doors staff may not write down client measurements.
No pricing will be provided telephonically.
A storage fee will apply for late collections.
Once goods are signed for, Viper Doors is not responsible for missing materials. Please inspect orders upon receipt.
We offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty on our products. Faulty doors must be returned for inspection before any claims can be processed.
